About the Sales and Events Coordinator role:

  • To provide operational support to both the sales and events managers during their busy periods, including wedding fairs, open days, and other tasks.
  • To coordinate and lead on-site events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client experience.
  • To manage room setup, turnarounds, and logistics, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • To be a welcoming presence at events, greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • To oversee catering logistics, including event files, briefing sheets, and service plans, ensuring timely and professional management.
  • To handle all sales enquiries and client feedback in a prompt and professional manner, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • To conduct site viewings, send quotes, and follow up information promptly, exceeding client expectations.
  • To continuously improve sales and service, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • To contribute new ideas to the team, driving innovation and excellence.
  • To cover annual leave for team members, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable due to the fast-paced nature of the business.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
