Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new designs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Define tooling requirements and manage the production of job cards and work instructions.
- Manage development test units to prove manufacturing concepts and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with the NPI team to develop and drive manufacturing activities, identifying and mitigating production risks.
- Proven experience in composite manufacturing processes, particularly oven-cured pre-preg parts in a highly regulated industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all business levels.
- Desirable qualifications include ONC Engineering and knowledge of composite layup.
