About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental professional to join our client's construction management team as a Regional HSE Manager.

Job Summary:

This is a leadership role that requires an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental professional to lead a small team of H&S Advisors, coordinating and managing health, safety, environmental, and quality matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the policy and process for Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality matters, receiving reports on the full lifecycle of Health & Safety, completing company-wide H&S assessments, quality assessments, and reporting at board level.
  • Implement, deliver, manage, and continuously improve quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management systems.
  • Manage external business accreditations and chair quarterly HSEQ meetings.
Requirements:
  • A background working in H&S or quality management for 10+ years.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in implementing, delivering, managing, and continuously improving HSEQ.
  • Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (NVQ, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
