Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CDH Installer Trainee - Installation Specialist. As a key member of our delivery and installation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and install products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and installation processes.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure all installations are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK C1 driving license.
  • DCPC (Drivers Qualification Card) and Tachograph Card.
  • Previous experience driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Able to cope with the physical demands of the role.
  • Basic understanding of technology.
