About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as an IT Support Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Install team with Epos system builds and installations.
  • Visit client sites to repair, fault find, and swap out IT/Epos hardware.
  • Programme Epos applications to clients' individual requirements.
  • Provide operational advice and support to clients via telephone, internet, and email.
  • Deliver training to clients on-site and remotely via telephone and internet.
  • Assist with on-site installations of new systems.
  • Provide out-of-hours/weekend support cover (on a rota basis).
Requirements
  • Previous IT knowledge or experience is desirable.
  • A general interest and knowledge of PC computing and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with customers.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and ability to travel, including working away from home on occasion.
