Description:
We are seeking an experienced Law Office Administration Support professional to join our busy Legal Team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a team of 6 solicitors, ensuring the smooth running of the legal function. Your primary responsibilities will include providing first point of contact for enquiries, managing the team's shared mailbox, and recording new enquiries. To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience in administration within Legal and excellent organisational skills. You will also possess good time management skills and ability to deliver a busy workload, as well as being a personable team player with a positive attitude. Good written and verbal communication skills are also essential, along with a confidential and discrete approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint is required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Be the first point of contact for enquiries and direct to the correct person
  2. Manage the team's shared mailbox, track enquiries & requests
  3. Record new enquiries onto the team's daily worklists
  4. Collate all required information on each request received to ensure the legal team has the correct information & documentation needed
  5. Update internal departments on the progress of enquiries

Salary Range: £27,300 - £31,200 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) depending on experience.
