Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. As a key member of the support team, you will provide high-level administrative support to a team of solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of the legal function.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to a team of solicitors, including managing their diaries and preparing correspondence
- Managing the team's shared mailbox and responding to enquiries accordingly
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and files as required
- Communicating with internal departments to update them on the progress of enquiries
- Prior experience in a similar role within a law firm or related industry is essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
