Job Purpose

The Procurement team plays a critical role in leveraging value and spend with suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business objectives. As a Strategic Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for negotiating favourable terms with suppliers, developing procurement analytics, and maintaining processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve procurement analytics to drive informed decision-making
  • Maintain and update monthly reports to track key performance indicators
  • Identify errors in spend data and work with the Finance Department to rectify
  • Maintain and update Procurement Function processes and procedures
  • Participate in low-risk procurement projects from sourcing through to implementation
  • Engage with existing suppliers in support of Contract/relationship management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a science or business-related subject
  • Numerate skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
