Public Area Service Associate

As a Public Area Service Associate at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas, ensuring they meet our brand standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Report any maintenance defects or issues through our reporting system.
  • Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit requirements.
  • Clean and maintain exterior areas, including guest entrances and loading bays.
  • Oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry.
  • Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores.
  • Ensure guest floors are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Support the housekeeping team with other tasks as required.
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are met and report any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Handle cleaning materials correctly and be aware of COSHH regulations.
  • Attend all required training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer care and service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time employment.
  • No remote work options.
