About the Role

We are seeking a Public Areas Attendant to join our team at Broadwick Soho. As a Public Areas Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the public areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to guests in the public areas of the hotel
  • Ensure the public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Provide special amenities to enhance guest enjoyment and comfort
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience

Requirements

  • Hotel experience is desirable but not essential
  • Diligence, positivity, and ability to work under pressure
  • Good verbal skills and exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and good organisational skills
  • Willingness to undertake training
  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
