Job Title: Public Area Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, including guest entrances, loading bays, and exterior areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure public areas are cleaned and maintained to brand standards.
  • Report any maintenance defects in public areas and back of house through KnowCross.
  • Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards.
  • Clean and maintain exterior areas of the hotel, including guest entrances and loading bay areas.
  • Oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis.
  • Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, ensuring storage areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensure guest floors are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and report any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Handle cleaning materials correctly and be aware of COSHH regulations.
  • Attend all required training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer care and a friendly, helpful, and responsive level of service to our guests.
Requirements:
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working in a hotel setting, and you must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
