About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our Accommodation Services team at The Landmark London. As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our public areas, back of house areas, and offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas, and offices, carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
  • Assist with deliveries for the department, taking receipt of orders, checking all is correct, and putting into storage
  • Report to a Manager any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems and when any stock is required
  • Undertake and assist in the training of new starters, when required
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the Management Team

Requirements

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is able to work well under pressure. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
