Public Area Attendant

The Peninsula London is seeking a skilled Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping department. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all public areas, ensuring a comfortable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Public Area Supervisor and maintain the cleanliness of public areas, guest toilets, and storage rooms.
  • Provide accurate handovers and comply with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
  • Assist with inventory management and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury hotel cleaning, with a minimum of 1 year.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for quality service.
  • Strong time management and adaptability skills.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure.
