Consultant Neurologist Opportunity

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Neurologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our neurology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the care of patients with neurological conditions, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Participate in the management of the neurology team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to Trust, regional, and national standards.
  • Provide professional leadership and guidance to non-consultant staff, promoting excellence in patient care and clinical governance.

About the Role:

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Consultant Neurologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will have a strong background in general neurology, with a particular interest in movement disorders, epilepsy, or neuro-inflammation/MS. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
