Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Fleet Administrator to join our team in Skelmersdale. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract, working 7.30am-5.00pm. The successful candidate will have experience in vehicle rental, management skills, and good administration and typing skills.

About the Role:

As Fleet Administrator, you will work closely with the branch manager and DGV Network to coordinate MOT and tail lift compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service, recording and updating documentation, managing branch administration, and completing agreements reports and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the branch manager and DGV Network to coordinate/book all MOT and Tail lift compliance before they expire
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is achieved at all times
  • Record and update all documentation and records on the maintenance system
  • Managing and implementing all the administration in the branch ensuring compliance
  • Ensuring completion of all agreements reports and invoices

Requirements:

  • Vehicle rental experience
  • Management skills
  • Good administration and typing skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • A pragmatic and adaptable attitude
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and make well-informed, considered decisions

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
