Vans Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at Skelmersdale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of the branch.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate all MOT and Tail lift compliance with the branch manager and DGV Network.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Update and maintain accurate records on the maintenance system.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee the completion of agreements reports and invoices.
- Proven experience in vehicles rental or fleet management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent administration and typing skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and make informed decisions.
