Rescourcery Group is seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join its fast-paced Tech sector team. The successful candidate will support the Finance Director in owning the full management accounts process and contribute to future progression into a more senior role. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Main duties include:

  • Preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts
  • Conducting variance analysis and providing insights to improve cost efficiency
  • Monitoring and analysing financial performance against budgets and forecasts
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes
  • Supporting financial audits and providing necessary documentation
  • Analysing financial data and preparing management reports
  • Collaborating with other departments to gather relevant financial information
  • Conducting variance analysis and reporting insights to management
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements

The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA qualified (preferably), have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills, with significant exposure to c-suite level.
