Job Title: Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Education team at Aspris Children's Services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting vulnerable children and young people, with a focus on promoting their emotional and mental wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, staff, and other stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of the needs of children and young people with complex needs, and be able to provide tailored support to meet these needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional and mental wellbeing support to young people
  • Working closely with staff to develop and implement individualised support plans
  • Collaborating with other agencies and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting young people
  • Providing training and support to staff on wellbeing and mental health
