Job Title: Wellbeing Co-ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join our Education team at Strathmore College. As a Wellbeing Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioural needs of our young people.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of resilience, communication, organisation, and caring in a school setting. You will work closely with our class teachers and young people to provide individualised support and develop strategies to promote positive behaviour and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people with varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD, and associated difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans to promote positive behaviour and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and other support staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of support.
  • Provide organisational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective use of resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote positive behaviour and well-being.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
