Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a new build student accommodation project in Glasgow. This exciting opportunity requires experience in managing multi-material projects, including steel frame and concrete construction, as well as renovations of listed buildings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering similar projects and possess excellent leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. Your expertise will ensure the project meets its goals, adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and contract management.
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Project Management within the construction or development industry.
  • A strong understanding of multi-material construction techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
