We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmes and Projects Coordinator to join our team at Grant Thornton International Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of risk management and quality activities related to our cybersecurity programmes and member firms' compliance with our global cybersecurity standards.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Cybersecurity, the Director of Cybersecurity Programmes, and liaise with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage the establishment of new cybersecurity and risk management projects, including administration of project integration, scope, timelines, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.
- Track and report project statuses, escalate issues, and drive project teams to overcome unforeseen challenges.
- Act as a liaison for project stakeholders and technical teams, producing communications and reports in various formats for different audiences.
- Contribute to the implementation of cybersecurity programmes, such as the Global Cybersecurity Compliance Review (GCCR) programme, and monitor delivery phases, including establishment of new reviews, surveys, evidence, and data gathering, assessment, reporting, and remediation.
- Support the rollout and adoption of cybersecurity and risk management technologies, mature internal processes and procedures, and maintain critical repositories for cybersecurity compliance and risk management.
- Proven experience in project management in medium-large organisations, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle stages.
- Ability to be agile, respond positively to change, and contribute with an innovative and global mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including compilation and preparation of reports, presentations, and communications.
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions and experience working in the professional services industry.
