Job Title: Programme Manager for Operational Processing

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Scot Lewis Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a Programme focused on Operational Processing, working closely with our clients in the Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate changes to Business Services, Processes, and Systems to ensure ongoing compliance with existing Regulatory Reporting and Control requirements.
  • Implement an agile release management strategy, driving release cadence without impacting quality.
  • Work with Risk owners and risk stewards on overall escalation and ratification of prioritization versus other change and BAU priorities.
  • Manage Vendor commercial management and cost benefit analysis for Market data (Brokers, Exchanges, service providers e.g. Refinitiv, Bloomberg) and EDM (Enterprise data management).

Requirements:

  • Seasoned banking Programme Manager with experience dealing with cross-asset regulatory issues from Front office through middle and back office.
  • Good working knowledge of operational processing across a range of regulatory asset classes, proven track record of working closely with Compliance and CCO specialists.
  • Highly developed understanding of the services offered by data service providers within Operations (i.e. Experience and knowledge of delivery in a DevOPS / agile practice model).
