To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2-3 years of experience within a client-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and qualifying potential opportunities, and providing support and assistance to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and providing support and assistance to resolve issues.
  • Negotiating contract renewals and expansion proposals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience within a Sales/Account Management or Customer Success background.
  • Experience in using CRM systems.

This role will require travel to our Portsmouth office 3 days a week.
