Join Veolia as an Area Business Manager

We're looking for a seasoned leader to drive business growth and development across our Poole, Portsmouth, and Basingstoke areas. As an Area Business Manager, you'll be responsible for directly influencing business development, growth opportunities, operational excellence, and service delivery activities across a portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop Business Managers and work alongside Commercial managers and the team to deliver on all aspects of the Commercial strategy in a safe and legally compliant manner.
  • Define and establish effective working relationships across wider functions such as Fleet, Customer Services, Sales, Risk and assurance, HR, and Finance.
  • Achieve Commercial customer success measures across the area, including First time collection rate, Recovery collections, Bin delivery, Proactive communication, Invoice accuracy, Losses, and call handling performance.
  • Support the Commercial Strategy Manager in rolling out National Projects under our sustainability, efficiency, and growth priorities.
  • Lead and support Business Managers in delivering all regional priorities and objectives aimed at enhancing sustainability, efficiency, growth, and engagement.
