Business Development Manager Job Description

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality appointment calls and proposals, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline development. You will be confident in introducing a business on the telephone and via email, and will be able to effectively liaise and build rapport with prospects.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Deliver high-quality appointment calls and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and business development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business development and sales.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

  • 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday
  • 8:30 am – 3:00 pm Friday
