We are seeking a skilled and friendly Night Receptionist to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Hotel Leeds. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and guest requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with informed recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
