Job Title: Adult Social Care Policy Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adult Social Care Policy Lead to join our team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our adult social care policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective adult social care policies and procedures that align with our trust's values and objectives.
  • Provide clinical governance and leadership to our adult social care teams, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to our patients and service users.
  • Work closely with our MHLT Lead Nurse to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication between teams.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and developing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide operational management and clinical/managerial supervision to our adult social care teams, ensuring effective service delivery and high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in adult social care policy development and implementation.
  • Strong clinical governance and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement, with a track record of developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of adult social care policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of the NHS and social care landscape.
