You will be responsible for implementing individual support plans, participating in daily activities, and maintaining effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
  • Maintain accurate records and notes as required
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults and commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding
