We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Worker to join our Nurse-led Team, providing care to clients with complex needs in the Norfolk area.
You'll be supporting individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy, stroke recovery, acquired brain injury, and PEG feed, in their own homes. This will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to participate in activities inside and outside the home.
As a Care Worker, you'll be a lifeline for our clients and their families, providing much-needed support and respite. You'll work on a block pay shift basis, with flexibility to work days or nights, and some weekend working may be required.
We offer a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role.
We're looking for individuals with excellent people skills, great communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience
- Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
- Subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
