About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Norfolk. As a Rapid Responder, you will play a vital role in providing support to customers and their families in times of crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care in the community, including complex cases.
  • Travel as required to deliver support to customers in their own homes.
  • Work in partnership with the bookings team to identify support needs and ensure high-quality care.
  • Complete risk assessments and contingency plans to maintain a rapid response to customer needs.
  • Liaise with the wider team to ensure seamless support.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in providing person-centred care in the community.
  • Good IT skills and experience using laptops and rostering systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
