About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to assist in the preparation and presentation of meals to a high standard. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of food safety regulations and health and safety rules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, ensuring that all kitchen activities are carried out in a clean and safe manner. They will also be able to identify potential equipment breakdowns and notify management accordingly.

Key Duties
  1. Maximise sales by preparing food to a high standard with great presentation
  2. Ensure there is adequate stock of all foods while advising management of any shortages
  3. Aware of site promotions with regard to menu offers
  4. Ensure food is prepared and presented at a satisfactory level to every customer
Requirements
  • Basic Health and Safety qualifications and minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and health and safety rules
