Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their team in Maidenhead. This role offers the opportunity to work with students who have been diagnosed with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to provide supportive interventions to aid in the development of students' social skills, emotional regulation, and academic engagement.

The ideal candidate will be involved in the development of personalized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student. They will also assist in monitoring student progress and reporting on any challenges that may arise.

Focusing on supporting emotional and mental well-being, the Support Worker will facilitate healthy coping strategies and help students develop essential life skills.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing therapeutic interventions to support students' social and emotional growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting interventions as needed.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic approaches into the classroom environment.
  • Providing individualized support to students with complex emotional and behavioral needs.

Benefits and Requirements

This role offers an attractive salary range of £80-£95 per day, reflecting the importance of your contribution to the success of our students.
