Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Youth Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide emotional support and guidance to students in need, working closely with the school's multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective support strategies.

This role requires resilience and confidence, with experience working with children in general being advantageous. As a Mental Health Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable students, supporting them in processing and managing their emotions.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £80 - £95 per day, depending on experience, and the role is based in Maidenhead, starting as soon as possible. It is term time only.

As a key member of the Academics Ltd team, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring that students receive the best possible care and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students in need
- Work closely with the school's multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective support strategies
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for students

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in general, preferably with additional needs
- Resilience and confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
