About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CLO Specialist to join our Portfolio Administration team at PGIM Fixed Income. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our Fixed Income CLO business, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary on-site business management support for CLO activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Oversight and ownership of data attributes within our compliance application, ensuring optimal support for CLO Analysts and Portfolio Managers.
  • Reconcile holdings and data attributes between our compliance application and trustee data on a monthly basis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure accurate and well-maintained data, including calculation and verification of quarterly distribution payments.
  • Collaborate with internal Product Support teams and Trustees to manage Hypothetical Trade tests and resolve cash discrepancies.
  • Support fund launches by managing the process from Pricing to Closing date, including approval of Flow of Funds.
  • Test and validate new compliance models, providing feedback to vendors as needed.
  • Establish and maintain proper controls to mitigate risk and improve processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper service levels are achieved, developing an understanding of the Fixed Income trading business to increase service levels.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • CLOs and/or Bank Loans experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-starter and self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, with a willingness to learn and teach others.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, with VBA a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products, investment strategies, and derivatives preferred.
