We are seeking a highly skilled CLO Specialist to join our Fixed Income team at Prudential Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our CLO business, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for CLO activities, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage data attributes within our compliance application, providing optimal support to CLO Analysts and Portfolio Managers.
- Reconcile holdings and data attributes between our compliance application and trustee data on a monthly basis.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure accurate and well-maintained data.
- Calculate and verify quarterly distribution payments made to investors.
- Perform Hypothetical Trade tests, collaborating with internal Product Support teams and Trustees.
- Reconcile and investigate cash discrepancies with Trustees and internal operational teams.
- Support fund launches by managing the process from Pricing to Closing date, including approval of Flow of Funds.
- Test and validate new compliance models as per the CLO Indenture, providing feedback to vendors as needed.
- Establish proper controls and create efficiencies to mitigate risk and improve processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper service levels are achieved.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business preferred.
- CLOs and/or Bank Loans experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and ability to work within a team environment.
- Willingness and desire to learn and teach others.
