Job Summary

The CLO Operations team at One Ten Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their ranks. As a CLO Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing all duties to the highest standard, working closely with portfolio managers to ensure the smooth operation of CLO deals. With a strong background in CLO 1.0 and CLO 2.0 deals, you will be expected to have between 1-3 years of experience in portfolio surveillance, warehouse and deal closing, loan/bond administration, and indenture, offering memorandums, and CLO tranche structure. Additionally, you should have system familiarity with WSO and WSO Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough portfolio surveillance to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

• Assist in the warehouse and deal closing process, ensuring timely and accurate execution

• Provide expert knowledge of loan/bond administration, indenture, offering memorandums, and CLO tranche structure

• Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure seamless deal execution and high-quality results

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in CLO 1.0 and CLO 2.0 deals

• Strong knowledge of loan/bond administration, indenture, offering memorandums, and CLO tranche structure

• System familiarity with WSO and WSO Compliance

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
