PGIM Fixed Income | CLO Specialist, London based

We are seeking a highly skilled CLO Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Fixed Income CLO Business Management Team, you will be responsible for providing support to our CLO Analysts and Portfolio Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary on-site business management support for CLO activities.
  • Oversight and ownership of data attributes within the compliance application.
  • Reconcile holdings and data attributes between internal compliance application and trustee data.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure accurate data maintenance.
  • Calculate and verify quarterly distribution payments.
  • Perform Hypothetical Trade tests and manage process with internal Product Support team and Trustees.
  • Reconcile and investigate cash discrepancies with trustees and internal operational teams.
  • Support fund launches by managing process from Pricing to Closing date.
  • Test and validate new compliance model as per the CLO Indenture.
  • Establish proper controls and create efficiencies to mitigate risk and improve processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external members to ensure proper service levels.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • CLOs and/or Bank Loans experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and ability to work within a team environment.
  • Willingness and desire to learn and teach others.
