About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Concierge at Arora Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests and regular visitors, providing tailored experiences and recommendations.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, adhering to our brand standards and exceeding expectations.
  • Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, providing a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
