Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for various positions, including team members, team leaders, and management roles.

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on recruitment strategies aligned with the overall Talent Acquisition framework.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with major global hotel brands is preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder management.
  • A driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
