Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our high-performing team in the Midlands.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects for some of the UK's most recognised brands, based with our client, a leading agency.
The Role:
As a Midlands Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in business growth and development, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- A deep understanding of the UK market and the needs of major brands
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
