Operational Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our Business Transformation and Operations team at First Clinical Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in operational management, with a proven track record of delivering business transformation and operational excellence in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of business transformation strategies to drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and external partners.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and teams to drive business transformation and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to deliver business transformation and operational excellence.
- Proven track record of delivering business transformation and operational excellence in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and develop and implement business transformation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
