Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include working alongside the monitoring team to monitor the system, report on errors, and assist with report creation. You will also learn and develop skills in the use of our ERP system.

As a Digital Support Technician Trainee, you will receive a competitive salary of £12,514.32 per annum (apprenticeship rate) for the first 12 months, increasing to National Minimum Wage thereafter. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and develop your technical skills.
