Job Title: Learning Support and Education Associate

We are seeking experienced teaching assistants who are passionate about supporting the academic and personal development of students in vibrant school settings in High Wycombe and surrounding areas.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualized support to students. This role involves working with children, and a full and relevant childcare qualification is desired but not necessary for some positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their academic and personal development.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A passion for working with children.
  • An enthusiastic and fun approach to learning.
  • Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
