Protocol Education is seeking an experienced Learning Support Associate to join our team in Ealing. As a Student Support Assistant, you will be working under the direction of the class teacher or SENCO/SEN Manager to provide support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This role involves supervising and supporting students academically, focusing on key stages 3-5, including language, reading, writing, spelling, and mathematics. You will also encourage concentration and social skills, as well as deliver special programmes and monitor student progress.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEN and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. A strong understanding of SEN policies and practices is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay (£20,000 - £28,000 per annum), depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all our workers. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
