Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Weekend Sales Enquiry Coordinator to join our team at JCT600. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering and managing all forms of sales enquiries to convert them into appointments and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers.
- Receive customer enquiries and successfully convert them into firm bookings.
- Support the sales team in ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with franchise contract arrangements.
Requirements:
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering service above customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills in all forms, including verbal and written communication.
- Ability to calm and manage customers in an effective manner.
- Competency in numeracy and literacy.
- Impeccable standards of personal presentation.
