Personal Care Specialist

The successful candidate will deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect of individuals at all times. Additionally, the role involves recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and sign of infections, escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
A competitive salary of approximately £25,500 per annum is available for this role, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its dedicated staff members.
Requirements- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home.
- They will also be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members and be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
