Job description
Area of work is Marlow and surrounding villages. As this role is caring for people living in their own homes you need to have a full driving license and use of a vehicle.
Unfortunately due to national Home Office restrictions we are are not offering Certificates of Sponsorship to overseas workers at present.
The Bridges team are: family people, single people, drivers, non-drivers, full-time, part-time, pet owners, horse-mad, road bikers, keep-fit nuts, movie-buffs, gardener’s, early morning swimmers, foodie’s - we love Bake Off & Masterchef, enjoy a great party and take part in our in-house competitions.

We offer competitive rates of pay. £12.80 per hour weekday £13.80 per hour weekends. Enhanced rates Bank Holiday’s and over Christmas.
Mileage allowance 40p per mile, Holiday pay, Company Pension Scheme
£250 ‘Welcome’ Bonus after successful completion of 12 week probation period.
Uniforms and all the PPE you require provided
Fully paid training, shadowing, on-going professional development, Diploma's Level 2-5. No glass ceiling here, our in-house trainers will train and mentor you all the way.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Caring for people living in their own homes in Marlow & surrounding villages (South West Chilterns).
If you are already working in a caring role you will be aware of the daily responsibilities and duties expected.

**Qualifications and Skills**
No experience is necessary as we will train you, firstly in the classroom, then out with an experienced carer until you are ready. All training is paid in full.
If you are already working in care we will value your skills and experience as much as you do.
You may have experience and skills from looking after a relative, friend, neighbour - all highly valuable, even if you do not realise it.
