About this role: We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide care and support to Ethan, an 8-year-old boy with complex medical needs. As a Waking Night Carer, you will work closely with the Nurse Team Leader and other care professionals to ensure Ethan's safety and well-being throughout the night.

The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for children with complex needs, although full training is provided. You will be responsible for monitoring Ethan's vital signs, administering medication, and providing personal care. A comprehensive handover with the morning staff is completed at the end of each shift.
