  • Cultivate effective relationships with patients, families, and carers to promote active participation and engagement in therapy goals.
  • Develop and implement customized care plans that address the unique needs and objectives of each client.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Holding current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the HCPC.
  • Demonstrated expertise in community and elderly care settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Familiarity with current best practices in community rehabilitation and home safety adaptations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits.

Estimated Salary: £22 per hour
