You’ll spend time with individuals to found out they do in there day to day life and help them find ways to overcome challenges*What you can add:** To provide occupational therapy input to the patients referred to the CommunityAssessment and Treatment Service and provide advice, guidance and information tohealth and social care professionals, carers and relatives and other non-professionals.* To undertake multifactorial falls assessments for older people who fall and who mayhave complex and/or chronic presentation providing a clinical diagnosis (whereappropriate).
